INGREDIENT LIST

Marinated chicken

500g (17.64 oz) chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsps low sodium light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
0.5 tbsp premium dark soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
1 tbsp sesame oil

Other ingredients

20g (0.71 oz) young ginger, cut into chunks
8 shallots, cut into halves
5 cloves garlic, cut into halves
2 stalks spring onions
150ml (5.07 fl oz) Chinese white rice wine (or water)
300g (10.58 oz) fresh or frozen clams
