Dubu Jorim (Korean Braised Tofu) with Esther Choi | At Home With Us | Food52

This soft, braised tofu is a favorite in Korean homes and will win over even the most carnivorous eaters. It's traditionally flavored with soy sauce, gochugaru (hot pepper flakes), garlic, scallions, and sesame oil -- but this version from Mokbar's Esther Choi kicks things up with shiitake mushrooms and a surprising hit of paprika.
