Dry Fruits balls/laddu - No added sugar | Gluten free | Healthy | Ready in under 15 mins | Healthy Indian Twist

Welcome to Healthy Indian Twist! Today’s recipe is healthy extremely healthy dessert. There is no sugar added and it is sweetened by dates and raisins. DRY FRUIT LADOOS – SUGAR FREE

¼ cup cashews
¼ almonds
¼ Shredded Coconut
½ cup All natural dates
½ cup raisins
1 tsp Clarified butter/ghee
Pinch of Salt
½ tsp Cardamom powder

METHOD
Take Cashews and almond in a mixer jar and give a pulse in mixer. Do not make powder. Idea is just to break the nuts. Keep it aside.
Take Dates and Raisins in mixer jar and make smooth paste.
Take a pan on low- medium heat. Add dry fruit mix.
Roast for 2-3 mins.
Add Shredded coconut and date and raisin paste.
Mix well until well combined
Add salt and cardamom powder.
Mix well and take out in a bowl.
Cool for 1 min then start making ladoos/balls.
Don’t let the mixture cool completely else ladoo will not be formed.
