DIY Christmas Advent Calendar

When I was thinking that I would like to try making an advent calendar this year, I found a good one at the 100 yen store Daiso! A convenient set with a date sticker attached to a seal bag that can be put directly into the food. I made a cookie that can be freely arranged and kept for a long time. I am looking forward to the exciting countdown to Christmas.
*recipe*
.Put 180g of cake flour, 20g of cornstarch, 40g of almond powder, and 70g of sugar into a food processor and mix roughly.
.Add 40g of unsalted butter and mix until smooth.
.Add 2 egg yolks and 20g of milk (adjust according to hardness) and mix.
.Take about 317g of the mixture, roll into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
.Add 1/2 teaspoon (1g) cocoa powder and 1/4 teaspoon (0.5g) food coloring to the remaining batter in the food processor. Adjust the hardness with about 2g of milk.
.Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate with (4) for at least 30 minutes.
.Roll out (6) to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out with a mold. The round shape is 5.8 cm in diameter and the small triangles are 1.5 cm. From the plain dough, 21 cookies were cut out for the face. Use the remaining dough to make a total of 24 cookies.
.Draw a face on the dough, which is cut out of round and chrysanthemum molds.
.Preheat the oven to 180C and lower the temperature to 170C. Bake the small cookies for the triangular hats for 10 minutes and the large cookies for the faces for 13 minutes.
.Once the cookies have cooled, decorate them. I used white chocolate and round sugar sprinkles this time.
.Chill in the refrigerator, and when the white chocolate hardens, put it in a seal bag with a date sticker attached.
.Stick the bags on the wall, etc.
.Done. When you're done eating, turn the bags over and stick it on, so you can enjoy the Christmas tree to the end. It was fun to make. And enjoy December.
