Deep Fried Wonton with pork & shrimp fillings | HAPPY WOK

For Dim Sum Lovers. Here another cooking that you will like. Crispy fried wonton skin with tasty pork - shrimp filling inside.

1 pound --- ground pork (with some fat)
8 oz. -------- shrimp shelled, deveined & chopped)
4 Tbsp ----- green onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp ----- light soy sauce
1 Tbsp ----- each, rice wine & sesame oil
1 tsp -------- white sugar
1/4 tsp ----- white pepper
2 pcs ------- eggs
1 pack ----- won ton wrapper (16 oz.)(thin type)
as needed -- cooking oil (for deep frying)
