Dee Chan, who used to work as a head chef of a Cantonese restaurant, crafted his own recipes. The broth is simmered using chicken feet, pork bones, pork ribs and ikan bilis that give the soup its body and robustness. The signatures are taro and pumpkin fish porridge. Taro is diced whereas pumpkin is pureed. Cooked upon order, each bowl contains fresh sliced batang fish, and the taste is elevated by Dee's own fried shallot. The umami-packed soup is flavourful and satisfying that gets thumbs up from customers!Operating hours:11am - 9pmOpen dailyAddress:Bukit Canberra Hawker Centre, #01-35, Singapore 752350Music from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!):https://uppbeat.io/t/simon-folwar/happy-dayshttps://uppbeat.io/t/iros-young/a-perfect-day*****************Join HappyCat. for more food adventures!
