Curry Udon Japanese Style Soup Noodles without Roux EASY

Curry udon is a warm and slightly spiced soup that is thick, not only in the sauce, but also the noodles. This soup curry base will warm you up in the winter and make you get sweaty in the summer!

If youve never had curry udon before, Im going to show you how easy it is to make, so you can see for yourself, just how delicious udon with curry can be! You can use chicken to make it a chicken curry udon also. All you need is japanese curry powder!!

Udon noodles are thick and soft and provide the perfect vehicle for eating the curry soup base which has tons of umami thanks to the dashi stock.
