Crispy Seaweed Laver Crackers (糯米紫菜片) | The Chinese Cuisine

These crispy and seaweed laver crackers are a delicious crunchy snack and you can customize it with your own seasonings!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp. glutinous rice flour
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 sheet sushi nori
- cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. mix together glutinous rice flour and water (you can also add seasonings)
2. cook over low heat until it becomes a translucent glutinous paste
3. brush paste onto a sheet of sushi nori
4. let the paste dry
5. cut sheet into small squares
6. add oil to pan on medium heat
7. drop squares into oil and cook until golden brown
8. drain on paper towel
9. serve and enjoy!
