Our chef Archana brings to you the easy and simple way of making this Indian style non vegetarian starter in Marathi with English subtitles!Share on Facebook: http://goo.gl/zHRoAhTweet about this: http://goo.gl/2ChdzzIngredients:5-6 pieces of Bombil (Bombay Duck)1 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chillies-Coriander Leaves Paste1 tsp Mix Masala1/2 tsp Turmeric PowderSalt to taste2-3 tbsp Oil4-5 tbsp Rava/ Semolina2 tbsp Maidaसाहित्य:5-6 बोंबील तुकडे1 1/2 tbsp आले-लसूण-हिरवी मिरची-कोथिंबीर पेस्ट1 tsp मिक्स मसाला1/2 चमचा हळदचवीपुरते मिठ2-3 चमचे तेल4-5 tbsp रवा2 tbsp मैदाMethod:-In a bowl, add bombil pieces, ginger-garlic-green chillies-coriander paste.-Then add mix masala, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything well. Make sure the bombil pieces are well marinated.-To fry, heat some oil in a pan.-In a plate, add rava & maida.
