One can't miss the stall's bold striking yellow sign imprinted with big red words 'Horiginal Beef Noodle '. Stallowner Michael Hos vision is to create a fusion of Teochew and Hainanese beef noodle, a bowl with unique, original flavours that he can call his own. Hence, Michael named the stall, a combination of his surname 'Ho' with the word Original'.

With his experience as a food manufacturer, and as a F&B veteran, Michael sources for quality ingredients and beef parts. Despite the rising inflation and sharp increase in costs, Michael tries to keep his price affordable without compromising on the quality of the food he offers. For instance, his 6-in-1 mixed beef noodle at $5 consists of sliced beef, brisket, beef Ngoh Hiang, meatball, tripe and ground beef. Together with savoury soup, it makes a value-for- money and hearty meal!
