Zhong Hua Mian Zhuang serves a good variety of noodles from different regions of China, including Henan Mutton Stewed Noodles (), Xi An Paomo (), Si Chuan Spicy Noodles () and Beijing Soybean Paste Noodles ().The stall also serves Rou Jia Mo (), a China street food that is meat wrapped in a bun. The buns are baked till crispy and golden brown, then wrapped with braised pork.
