A collection of noodles from different regions of China Zhong Hua Mian Zhuang ()

Remember Mr Li from Liu Liang Ban (), a stall we previously featured? [link below] He also the owner of Zhong Hua Mian Zhuang, the stall he first opened in 2008 since he came to Singapore in 2003.

Zhong Hua Mian Zhuang serves a good variety of noodles from different regions of China, including Henan Mutton Stewed Noodles (), Xi An Paomo (), Si Chuan Spicy Noodles () and Beijing Soybean Paste Noodles ().

The stall also serves Rou Jia Mo (), a China street food that is meat wrapped in a bun. The buns are baked till crispy and golden brown, then wrapped with braised pork. A bite into it delivers a crispy outer pastry layer with juicy meat inside.

Their handmade noodles are chewy, and you might just get a glimpse of the chefs pulling the noodles by hand before cooking!

Come try out their Chinese cuisine today!
