Ingredients:
Prepare Coconut Chicken Curry:
-Cooking oil Cup
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 3-4
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tsp
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 8-10
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 2 medium
-Boneless chicken cubes kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Water 1 & Cup or as required
-Coconut milk 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
Prepare Roti Jala:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leaves handful
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) Cup
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Water Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
Prepare Coconut Chicken Curry:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,black cardamom,dried red chillies,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt, tomato paste,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-On low flame,add coconut milk & mix well.
-Add fresh coriander,cover & simmer on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Prepare Roti Jala:
-In a blender jug,add all-purpose flour,eggs,fresh coriander,salt,milk,cooking oil & water,blend well & transfer the mixture to a nozzle squeeze bottle.
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil,drizzle mixture through squeeze bottle & cook on low flame for 30-40 seconds then flip and cook other side for 30 seconds (makes 20).
-Garnish coconut chicken curry with fresh coriander & serve with roti jala.

Directions:
Prepare Coconut Chicken Curry:
-Karahi mein cooking oil,darchini,badi elaichi,dreid red chillies,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,namak aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Halki ancch per coconut milk dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Prepare Roti Jala:
-Bender jug mein maida,anday,hara dhania,namak,doodh,cooking oil aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein aur mixture ko nozzle squeeze bottle mein dal dein.
-Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein,mixture ko squeeze bottle ki madad sa drizzle karein aur halki ancch per 30-40 seconds kliya paka lein phir flip karein aur dosri side ko 30 seconds kliya paka lein (makes 20).
-Coconut chicken curry ko hara dhania sa garnish ker lein & roti jala ka saath serve karein!
