INGREDIENTS (2 servings):- 1/4 cup white rice- 3 cups water- 1 sliced century egg- 1 oz. cooked chicken, diced (any lean meat will work)- 1 tablespoon black beans- salt- sesame oil- rousong (pork sung) & green onions as toppingsDIRECTIONS:1. combine all the ingredients into a rice cooker or pot2. for rice cooker, cook on 'porridge' setting for 80 minutes3. for the stove, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cover until it thickens (1 1/2 to 2 hours). stir in between4. serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
