Ingredients:
White Rice = 1 cup (250 g)
Potato = 1 boiled & mashed
Onion = 1 medium chopped(1/2 cup)
Carrot = 1 small chopped(1/4 cup)
Capsicum = 1/4 cup chopped
Tomato = 1 chopped(1/4 cup)
Coriander leaves chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Green chilli & Ginger Paste = 1 tsp
Curry leaves chopped = 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes = 1 & 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
Cumin/jeera = ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Eno fruits salt 1tsp
Water as required
Oil = 3-4 TBSP
