A bowl of Ipoh curry noodles that has a taste of home Jian Zao Ipoh Curry Noodles ()

It must have taken him much courage and determination to pursue his hawker business last year at the age of 46. Coming from Ipoh, Mr Cheah mastered the recipe passed down from his grandmother, and offers authentic Ipoh curry noodles in dry and soup versions. The signature soup noodles, with rich and savoury broth, is generously topped with roast pork and Char Siew that the stall roasts itself. The dry version is topped with chunks of chicken and potato, and drenched in thick curry gravy.

The outlet at Veerasamy is the second outlet after the first at Blk 332 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1.
