Blazing Bull Sears a Beef Tenderloin in 5 Minutes

Sear a beef tenderloin to medium rare in five minutes using the Blazing Bull. This unit gets up to 1500 degrees for the perfect sear on the outside and where you want your meat "doneness" on the inside.
I also created a quick sauce utilizing the pan on the bottom that catches the drippings to pour over the tenderloin slices when plating.
