This is the latest ice cream trend around the world and its none other than the bitter chocolate Sorbet. It has also arrived in Greece and its a smash in all ice cream parlors.
But why, I ask you, spend money when you can so easily prepare it at home, without the use of an ice cream machine and only 3 ingredients?

INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for the sorbet:
400 gr / 14 oz Pure Chocolate Bar (at least 75% cocoa consistency)
3.2 cups / 800 ml Water
1.3 cups / 300 gr / 10 oz Sugar

Optional Ingredients for garnishing:
2 Oreo Cookies (p.p.)
Chocolate sprinkles
Chocolate Syrup
