Making Pasta at Pasticceria Merlini Angelo in Italy. Angelo Merlini is 3rd Generation Pastry chef and Pasta Maker and his shop has been serving amazing food since the beginning of 1900.
We will visit Angelo Laboratory during the Italy Unexplored Tour in July 2017 and he will show us what's behind the scene of his wonderful shop. Making fresh pasta is Angelo expertise and his wife Rosvelta is the Pastry Chef at Pasticceria Merlini Angelo and she won many awards thanks to her fantastic skills.
