Beetroot cutlet is a very healthy, tasty and easy snack. This can be a tea time snack. You can either deep fry or shallow fry these. Do try this easy recipe and do not forget to drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Poha / Flattened rice
2 Beetroots cut into wedges
1 Potato cut into wedges
1/2 cup Finely chopped Green pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Green chili garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Rava / Sooji
Oil

Method:
In a blender pot, take poha and blend into fine powder.
Heat up water in steamer.
Put beetroot wedges, potato wedges into a dish and place the
dish into steamer.
Cover and steam for about 20 minutes on medium heat.
Take beetroot and potato out into a dish.
Peel the potato and grate it.
Grate the beetroot into potato.
Add ground poha, green pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder,
red chili powder, green chili garlic paste, salt, lemon juice,
coriander leaves and mix well.
Take a small ball and roll it into cutlet.
Roll the cutlets into rava and keep aside.
Heat up pan on medium heat and spread a little oil on it.
Place the cutlets on the pan and top them with a little oil.
After a few minutes, flip over and roast from other side as well.
Take the cutlets out into a dish and serve with any sauce or
chutney.
