Beef Bowl
Ingredients(serves 1)
200g cooked rice
100g beef
50g shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp sake
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white sesame seeds
chives
1 piece of beef tallow

Directions
1. Heat the beef tallow in a frying pan, add the beef, followed by the sugar, mirin, sake, and soy sauce.
2. Add the shirataki to 1, and continue to cook.
3. Once 2 has fully cooked, add white sesame seeds and chives, and briefly cook.

Chinese Cabbage Dumplings
Ingredients(5)
5 Chinese cabbage leaves
200g ground chicken
1 shiitake mushroom
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
egg (beaten)

potato starch

pink peppercorns

Directions
1. Boil water in a pot and put in the Chinese cabbage.
2. When the Chinese cabbage from 1 is tender, transfer it to ice water.
3. Mince the shiitake mushrooms.
4. To the chicken, add 3, salt, pepper, sesame oil, beaten egg, and potato starch and mix well.
5. Shape 4 into bite-size balls.
6. Wrap 5 with Chinese cabbage from 2.
7. Boil water in a frying pan, cover it with wax paper, and arrange the cabbage on top.
8. Cover 7 with a lid, and cook.
9. Garnish 8 with pink pepper.
