Bacon & Spinach Saute (Ep.3 / Bento Side Dish Recipes) | Basic Tokyo

== INGREDIENTS == (2 servings)

Spinach 1 bunch
Bacon 3 slices
Butter 1TBSP
Soy Sauce 2tsp
Salt & Pepper a pinch


== DIRECTIONS ==

1. Rinse the spinach and cut into about 4cm in size, and cut the bacon into 1cm slices

2. Saute the bacon on medium heat, and add in the butter. When the butter is completely melted, add in the spinach. I am cooking the stems first before adding in the rest so it will cook evenly, but that is not necessary.

3. When the spinach has shrunk like this, add in salt and pepper, and soy sauce. (I’m putting a little too much in the video)
Mix well, and its done!
