Whenever someone says wings for dinner, I always picture either hot and spicy wings or BBQ. Those are great choices, but I have an alternative. Turkey drumettes from the wing, marinated in a homemade Asian sauce and then gently grilled. I'm using organically fed and pastured turkey from my friends at KOL Foods. (http://www.KOLFoods.com) No antibiotics and never any growth hormones.These will kick up your wing experience, and it also works great with chicken wings.
