Apple Carrot Salad | Gayathiri's Cookbook

No cooking is needed for this healthy and delicious salad.With all the raw ingredients , this salad will be ready in no time.

Ingredients:
Apple- 1
Carrot-1
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp
Jaggery or sugar- 1 tbsp
Almonds- 4
Pista- 4
Walnuts- 4
Raisins- 10

Directions:
Take grated apple, grated carrot, lemon juice, Mayo or curd, Splenda or any other sweetener, chopped nuts and raisins in a bowl.
Mix everything and serve immediately.

Apple Carrot salad is ready!!
