Ingredients:

2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Water
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt
4-5 Ambade
1 Onion
1 Cup Grated Coconut
10-12 Black Pepper
1 tbsp Rice Flour

Method:

- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add mustard seeds, coriander seeds powder, turmeric powder, water, red chilli powder and salt. Stir well.
- Add ambade and stir well. Cover it with a lid and let the ambade cook.
- In a mixer grinder add onion, grated coconut, water and black pepper. Grind everything to a smooth paste.
- Add rice flour to the paste and mix well.
- Add this paste to the ambade mixture. Mix well.
- Cover it with a lid and let the dal come to a boil.
- Ambadyachi Aamti is ready to be served.
