Amazing Chinese Street Food - Crispy Xuzhou Shao Bing | China Food Nomad

Shao Bing has a long history in China. The memory is still clear to me that when I was in primary school, my biggest pleasure after shcool every day was to buy a Shao Bing on the street and enjoy it while walking back home. It costed me 0.2 RMB for each, but now it is 2 or 3 RMB each. Shao Bing has been playing a big part in many Chinese people life, it is memory, it is the taste of home.
In this video, you will see how the sellers make the Shao Bing. It is tasty and crispy. You can add some seller home made chilli sauce or pickles on it or just eat it without any add on. Believe me, you will love it!
