Ingredients For Lor Cheese Dessert:
For making the lor cheese:
1-liter whole milk
1/4 cup grape vinegar
pinch of sea salt
fine strainer
For the dough:
1 cup milk
1 heaped tbsp butter (30gr.)
1/2 cup semolina
1/3 cup flour
2 eggs (add the second one gradually after whisking with a fork to break it)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Lor cheese we made from 1 liter of milk, drained well
For the simple syrup
1 cup + 3 tbsp water
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
ground pistachios or coconut flakes to serve (optional)
