YELLOW DOSAIngredients1½ cups Bengal gram (chana dal), soaked for 6-8 hours and drained½ cup rice, soaked for 6-8 hours and drained¼ cup split skinless black gram (dhuli urad dal), soaked for 6-8 hours and drained1 tsp fenugreek seeds, soaked for 6-8 hours and drainedSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powderOil for drizzlingCoconut chutney to serveMethod1. Put the soaked Bengal gram into a mixer jar. Add soaked rice, and soaked split skinless black gram and fenugreek seeds and grind to a fine batter. 2. Transfer the prepared batter into a large bowl and mix it well with your hands. Cover and set aside to ferment for 6-8 hours.3. Add salt and turmeric powder into the fermented batter and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix till well combined.4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion till a thin disc. Drizzle oil and cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Roll the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney.
