Established since the 1980s, Yan Ji was relocated to Marsiling Mall Hawker Centre (#01-26) when its premise at the former old Woodlands Centre Road Food Centre was redeveloped. They have a few outlets, including this one at Jalan Besar, which was jointly opened by owner Mr Chia and chef Mr Yang.Yan Ji Seafood is famed for its savoury seafood soup. Simmered for over 4 hours, the broth uses premium ingredients like Hokkaido scallop, pork bones, chicken and Chinese ham.
