Winter special Healthy Bajray ki Kichri recipe for a healthy family meal. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3O9TAvQServes 6-8Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Bajra (Pearl millet) 1 & Cup (soaked overnight & pat dry)-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small-Beef qeema (Mince) 250g -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) tbs or to taste-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Chana daal (Split bengal gram) Cup (soaked overnight)-Chawal (Rice) Cup (soaked for 1 hour)-Water 2 litres-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) hot -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) choppedDirections:-In a chopper,add pearl millet,chop coarsely (just to remove husk of grains) then sift & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color. -Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add split bengal gram,rice,pearl millet,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.-Add water & mix well,bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (2-3 hours),check & stir in between occasionally & add hot water to adjust consistency if required. -Mash with the back of spoon if required. -Add clarified butter,sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Bajra (Pearl millet) 1 & Cup (soaked overnight & pat dry)-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small-Beef qeema (Mince) 250g -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) tbs or to taste-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Chana daal (Split bengal gram) Cup (soaked overnight)-Chawal (Rice) Cup (soaked for 1 hour)-Water 2 litres-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) hot -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) choppedDirections:-Chopper mein najra dal ker coarsely chop ker lein (just to remove husk of grains) phir sift ker ka side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste,haldi powder,namak,dhania powder & lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Chana daal,chawal aur bajra dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (2-3 hours),bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein aur agar zarorat ho tou garam pani shamil ker lein.-Agar zaroorat ho tou spoon ki madad sa mash ker lein.-Desi ghee aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
