Why Bio-Individuality is the New Face of Health

Christa Orecchio, clinical and holistic nutritionist, speaks on why diet shouldn't be "one size fits all" and some practical tips for determining what DOES work for you. (She joins us as a mom of a newborn, so apologies for me being tiny in the corner; it's the platform that worked best!)

The term is "bio-individuality" and it means that our bodies don't always react to food, exercise, or stress in the same way, so we can't really say, "This is how everyone should eat/behave for their best health." We need to determine what THAT body needs, and while that's not always easy, it's always worth it.
