What I Eat in a Day & Wicked Kitchen Vegan Review from Tesco! UK Dietitian Nichola Ludlam-Raine AD

Hey guys! And happy Sunday. Just to say thank you so much for your lovely comments on my last 'what I eat in a day video' and here is another!! I've actually filmed what I ate over 2 days as I've managed to squeeze in a review of the brand new vegan range by Derek Sarno in collaboration with Tesco that hit supermarket shelves the other week.

The range is incredible & so far I've tried 5 out of the 20 products available; I've given my honest reviews about each product in the video and overall I'm REALLY impressed (well done Derek!!).

The products have been designed with meat-eaters in mind who simply want to eat more plant foods & all of the meals serve 1. My favourite item was the sourdough pizza which was delicious; I highly recommend picking this up if you see it (I ordered mine online!).
