WHAT I ATE
VEGGIE PIZZA
Whole grain base
Tomato paste + red pesto
Mushroom
Onion
Zucchini
Bell peppers
Olives
Oregano
Cheese (optional! I dont eat dairy, but add it if you want)

QUESEDILLAS
Whole wheat tortillas
Bell peppers
Onion
Coriander/cilantro
Garlic
Spice blend (chilli, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt)
Cheese (optional)
Guacamole (avocado, lemon, garlic, coriander, black pepper)

RICE & BEANS
Brown rice
Onion
Kidney beans
Mushroom
Rice spice
Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice)
