Weve always been a fan of all things BARBEQUE Last week, we visited Weber Australia HQ in Adelaide for an immersion of the Weber Experience.It's always an eye opener as to how, people who are passionate about cooking come out with tools to help them get the best possible results.In a nutshell, the guys at Weber are the barbeque people Theyve pretty much thought about everything about BBQ and even more by stepping it up a notch to expand on the capabilities of direct and indirect cooking on their grills!Theres a truckload of ways to cook with them, and from our experience - it goes all the way from making a pizza with an awesome crust, to roasting or even baking, and the choices are stunning.Were food people, so to us at the end of the day, it's ALL about taste and Weber is big on that!
