We Taste Tested 9 Root Beers!
We made our own Root Beer recipe from scratch - two ways. One was naturally fermented / naturally carbonated using ginger bug, and the other was carbonated with CO2. We thought ours taste great, so a taste off with 7 commercially available Root Beers was the next step.
All of the root beers tested were made with cane sugar, and they all had very different flavour profiles.
