#VLOG: Day 2 - What I Eat In a Day as a Vegan & the Comparison Trap.

Do you ever find yourself trapped inside the comparison game? Im embarrassed to admit that I find myself there way too often. Whether its comparing my body with other women, my billable hours with my colleagues, or the number of views I get with other content creators, the comparison game is pernicious and is truly the thief of joy. Which is why I get incredibly frustrated with myself for falling into this trap as often as I do. On todays #vlog, I wrestle with this habit of mine and, with my husband, dig through decades of baggage to unearth the spade that keeps tripping me into this hole, all while eating my way through my own meal planner (which is honestly way more fun than I expected!).
