Shepherd’s Pie season is upon us and this super cozy vegetarian version is running around on the loose in our house. Hearty vegetables in a brothy sauce topped with fluffy mashed potatoes, all baked to bubbly perfectly. It’s kind of what Thanksgiving dreams are made of, at least in my world.
Super Delicious, yummy and best part is Healthy too. Guy’s do try this amazing recipe.
