Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:-Rolled oats: 1/2 cupOats flour: 1/2 cupFinely chopped bell peppers: 1/2 cupChopped coriander: 2 teaspoonsGrated processed cheese: 2 teaspoonsCurd/ Yoghurt: 1/4 cupMelted butter: 1 tablespoonBaking powder: 1/2 teaspoonBaking soda: 1/2 teaspoonSkimmed milk: 1/4 cupKissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoonsPepper to tasteSalt to tasteMethod of preparationIn a big bowl, add oats flour and rolled oats along with salt and black pepper powder, baking powder and baking soda. Add bell peppers and mix it well. Add curd, milk, melted butter, coriander leaves and finally the cheese along with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix till you get the consistency of a thick batter. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the muffin cups on a muffin tray till they are 3/4 full. Bake at 180°C for 20 - 25 minutes. Prick the muffins with a toothpick, which should come out dry. Remove from the oven, take it out of the moulds. Let the muffins cool and pack it for tiffin box.
