Ingredients:-
Rolled oats: 1/2 cup
Oats flour: 1/2 cup
Finely chopped bell peppers: 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander: 2 teaspoons
Grated processed cheese: 2 teaspoons
Curd/ Yoghurt: 1/4 cup
Melted butter: 1 tablespoon
Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
Skimmed milk: 1/4 cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Method of preparation
In a big bowl, add oats flour and rolled oats along with salt and black pepper powder, baking powder and baking soda.
Add bell peppers and mix it well.
Add curd, milk, melted butter, coriander leaves and finally the cheese along with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix till you get the consistency of a thick batter.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the muffin cups on a muffin tray till they are 3/4 full. Bake at 180°C for 20 - 25 minutes.
Prick the muffins with a toothpick, which should come out dry.
Remove from the oven, take it out of the moulds.
Let the muffins cool and pack it for tiffin box.
