For Cheela
· 1 cup besan. Gram flour
· 2 tablespoons rice flour
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, jeera
· Approx. ¾ cup of water to make batter
· Approx. 4 teaspoons of oil
For Filling
· About 3 cups of thinly sliced cabbage
· About 1/2 cup shredded
· About 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell pepper, we need about 4 cups of thinly sliced vegetable
· 2 teaspoons oil, Canola or vegetable oil
· 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, jeera
· 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, rai
· 2 teaspoons coriander powder, dhania
· 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 1/2 teaspoon sugar
· 1 teaspoon lemon juice
