Uttapam Cheese Sandwich #Litebites by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor Nutralite Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Two of your favourite breakfasts combined to make a wholesome recipe. This sandwich is going to fill up your tummy in a jiffy!

UTTAPAM CHEESE SANDWICH

Ingredients

Dosa batter as required
Cheese slices as required
Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread as required
Chopped onions to sprinkle
Chopped tomatoes to sprinkle
Gun powder (molagapodi) to sprinkle
Chopped fresh coriander leaves to sprinkle
Readymade aloo sabzi as required

Method

1. Heat a nonstick tawa. Spread small spoonful of dosa batter.
2. Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and gun powder and coriander leaves on top.
3. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Flip and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes.
5. Apply Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread on the surface and flip again.
6. Transfer on a worktop, apply some more Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread on half the uttapams.
7. Spread aloo sabzi and place a slice of cheese on each uttapam. Cover with remaining uttapams and serve.
