Turkish Style Cabbage Rolls - Easy One-Tray Oven Method!

In this episode I'm making a Turkish style cabbage with roll with a simplified twist of rolling and baking in a tray, either on stove-top or in the oven. We are going to effortlessly prepare these flavorful and hearty cabbage rolls, with the rich Turkish flavors that make this dish a timeless favorite.

Ingredient for cabbage rolls
1 medium size cabbage that is soft when touch, meaning it had loose leaves - best for rolling
2 medium size onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
1+1/2 cups rice or mix of rice and bulgur
tbps each tomato and pepper paste (double the tomato paste if you can't find pepper paste)
tsp each pulbiber chili flakes, black pepper
2 tsp heaped dried mint
1/2 tsp each sumac (optional) and cumin
1+1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil

For the tomato sauce:
2 tbsp butter or 4-5 tbsp olive oil
1 heaped tbsp tomato paste
salt to taste
1-2 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped) optional
3 cups water (add more if needed while cooking / baking

To serve:
full fat yogurt
butter chili sauce (2 tbsp butter +) 1-2 tsp pul biber, chili flakes
