Ingredients For Manti Recipe:
For The Dough:
2/3 cup + 1-2 tbsp if needed water
1 medium-size egg
1/2 tsp salt
2+1/2 cups (350gr.) all-purpose flour
For The Meat Filling:
250 gr. ground beef
1 medium-size onion (grated and separated from its juice)
1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, red pepper
For The Spinach filling:
1 onion
about 300gr. spinach (if you are going to make only with spinach filling add more)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
a handful of white cheese (beyaz peynir) or ricotta
For the butter sauce: 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp each red pepper flakes, and paprika (can be hot or sweet as your choice)
For the yogurt sauce: about 2 cups or more yogurt
2 cloves pureed garlic (optional)
