Ingredients for Kabab Preparation:
Beef mince + Fat 400 g + 100 g
Lamb mince + Fat 400 g + 100 g
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Raita:
Yogurt 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves 3
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Onion Bean Salad:
Onion 1/2 cup
Tomatoes (julienne) 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red beans (boiled) 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Green coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2-3

Directions for Kofta Preparation:
1. In a bowl add beef mince, lamb mince, fat, onion, parsley, mint leaves, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, paprika and mix well. Refrigerate it for 6 hours or overnight.
2. Take the prepared mixture, place them on skewers giving them kabab shape, grill them until they are fully cooked. Brush oil while grilling. Set aside.
Directions for Raita Preparation:
3. In a blender add yogurt, mint leaves, garlic, lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt, black pepper powder and blend it well. Your raita is ready.
Directions for Onion Bean Salad Preparation:
4. In a bowl add onion, tomatoes, lemon juice, red beans, salt, black pepper, coriander, green chilies and toss well.
5. Serve with prepared kofta and raita.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 35-40 mins
Serving: 3-4
