Tiranga means tri colored signifying the 3 colors of the Indian flag that is Saffron, white and green. You can make this special Tiranga Sandwich on 15 of August or on Republic Day. As children do not eat a vegetable, this Tri Colour Sandwich is a rich source of minerals and vitamins with all the best taste in it.Tiranga sandwich Ingredients White bread slices - 8Dry chili - 1Green chili - 1Green coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp finely choppedSpinach leaves - 5 Carrot - 1 gratedBlack pepper powder - 1 tspSalt - 1 tspMint leaves - 8-10Tomato Ketchup - 2 TbspMayonnaise - 1 CupHow to make tri colous SandwichStep 1 - for orange base* Mix grated carrot, little salt, dry chili and make a smooth paste in a grinder.* Add 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise in this paste and add tomato ketchup.* Now your orange spread is ready to keep aside.Step 2 - for green base* Mix mint leaves, coriander leaves, spinach leaves, green chili, the little salt and make a smooth paste in the grinder.* Add 1 Tbsp mayonnaise in this paste.* Now your green spread is ready to keep aside.Step - 3 - for white base* For white base we will use only Mayonnaise.Step 4 - for making sandwiches* Cut the sides of the slices and keep aside.* Take a slice and spread an evenly green layer over it.* Place another slice over it and spread white base over it evenly.* Place another slice over it and spread orange base over it evenly.* Place another slice over it and press gently.* Cut all these slices diagonally very carefully.* Serve triangle sandwiches on any festival occasions.
