Traditional Turkish Green Pepper Dolma Recipe Vegan Mezze Gluten-free

Turkish cuisine is well known for its stuffed and wrapped vegetable dishes called dolma and sarma. Tiny green peppers stuffed with rice, pine nuts, and currantsbetter known as biber dolmas are one of the most popular. They are easier to make than other stuffed and wrapped dishes because the peppers don't need much preparation. Just remove the stems with your thumb and they're ready for stuffing.


Ingredients:
15-16 small green peppers
1 cup of rice
2 onions
6-7 clove of garlic
half bunch of parsley
a handful pine nuts or peanut
4 dried apricots of 2 tbsp raisins
1 lemon
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp dried mint
salt
olive oil
