tsp heeng
tsp methi seeds
tsp jeera seeds
tsp coriander seeds
tsp fennel seeds
tsp kalonji or nigella seeds
1-2 whole red chilli
1 small cardamom
tsp salt
tsp turmeric powder
tsp dry ginger powder(optional)
1 tbsp desi khand
tsp cinnamon powder
