Learn how to make Tomato Bhaji - a quick and easy to me sabzi recipe at home from our chef Archana. This is a simple recipe for beginners & bachelors as it requires limited ingredients and less cooking time.Ingredients:3 tbsp OilCoriander Leaves1 tsp Mustard Seeds1/4 tsp Asafoetida1/2 tsp Turmeric10-12 Curry Leaves1 Green Chilli2 Onions, chopped1 tbsp ButterSalt to taste1/2 tsp Sugar4 Tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp Red Chilli PowderMethod:- In a pan heat some oil.- Add coriander leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute everything.- Add chopped onions & butter. Mix everything well.- Cover it with a lid and let the onions cook for 2 minutes.- Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well.- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes.- Tomato bhaji is ready.
