Tofu with Ground Pork | The Chinese Cuisine

Common savory Chinese dish! The soft tofu really soaks in the delicious combination of flavors.

INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- olive oil (cooking oil)
- ground pork (4 oz.)
- chopped green onions
- cooking wine
- light soy sauce
- dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- frozen vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)

DIRECTIONS:
1. cube tofu
2. add olive oil to saute pan or skillet
3. saute your ground pork
4. add in chopped green onions
5. add in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar
6. when the liquids start boiling add in tofu
7. cook until liquids evaporate
8. add in frozen veggies during the cooking process if desired
9. serve and enjoy!
