Give it a try and you may be surprised!Crab cakes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrSLSUQr2T8&list=PLelr1VdPVYhXgPLPQygeBiduyjGm0JiqL&index=2INGREDIENTS (4 servings):- 5 oz. jumbo lump crab meat- 2 eggs, whisked- 1/4-1/3 block of firm tofu, cubed- 10g ginger strips- 1 stalk chopped green onions- 1 tsp. salt- 1/8 cup oilDIRECTIONS:1. add 1/8 cup oil to pan on medium heat2. fry your ginger strips in the oil until they brown, then discard3. coat tofu and crab evenly in whisked egg4. pour into pan and cook until the bottom is golden brown5. flip and cook on the other side6. add in green onions and salt7. break apart the eggs and stir fry until green onions and salt and evenly distributed8. serve and enjoy!
