Tiranga Pulao is the series of Three colors or tricolour pulao recipe which have all unique flavors of Rice. We can call this tiranga pulao recipe or tricolour pulao a vegetable pulao, it has vegetables like Spinach and Carrot in it. Tiranga pulav is also a very healthy pulao recipe with full of flavors and spices in it.IngredientsBoiled rice - 250 grams boiledSpinach (Palak) - 1 cup finely choppedCarrot - 1 gratedDal chini powder - 2 tspGreen cardamon powder - 1/2 tspZeera - 1/2 tspGinger paste - 1 tspA pinch of hing powderCashew nuts - 10 -12Garam masala - 1 TbspRoasted zeera powder - 1/2 tspSalt - 2 tspGreen and orange food colours - 1/4 tspOil - 3 TbspMethod:1. For White Rice* Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil.* Add hing, zeera, green cardamon powder and ginger paste.* Add cashew nuts and salt.* Fry for 1 min.* Add boiled rice.* Mix well and cook for 2 mins on low flame.* Now your white rice is ready keep aside.2. For Green Rice* Take a pan add oil.* Add roasted zeera, salt, garam masala and green food colour which is dissolved in 1 tsp water.* Mix well and add spinach.* Cook for 2 mins.* Add boiled rice and mix well.* Cook for 2 mins on low flame.* Now your green rice is ready keep aside.3. For Orange Rice* Take a pan add oil.* Add ginger paste and grated carrot.* Fry for a min.* Add dal chini powder and orange colour which dissolved in 1 tsp water.* Add boiled rice and mix well.* Cook for 2 mins on low flame.* Now your Orange rice is ready keep aside.For Garnishing* Take a plate and lay all rice and garnish with star anise on white rice.* Now your tiranga Pulao is ready to serve hot.
