Tiramisu Cake with homemade Mascarpone cheese
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Homemade Mascarpone Cheese: 00:13
-Cream 600 ml (room temperature)
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
Tiramisu Cake: 01:14
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup
-Instant coffee 1 tbs or as required
-Condensed milk Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Whipping cream 300 ml
Assembling: 02:29
-Plain sponge cake
-Prepared coffee milk
-Caramel sauce
-Prepared cream & cheese mixture
-Cocoa powder

Directions:
Homemade Mascarpone Cheese: 00:13
-In a wok,add cream and bring it to boil (whisk in between).
-Add lemon juice,whisk well and simmer on low flame until its thick (12-15 minutes) and whisk continuously.
-In a bowl,place mesh strainer & muslin cloth,cover and let it strain & cool down.
-Let it strain in refrigerate for overnight then transfer cheese in a container.
-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 4-5 days (airtight container).
-Yields 400g of Mascarpone cheese from 600 ml of cream.
Prepare Tiramisu Cake: 01:14
-In a small jug,add milk,instant coffee,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add mascarpone cheese and beat well for 2 minutes.
-Add condensed milk and beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add vanilla essence,beat again & set aside.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
-Now add cheese mixture and fold gently with the help of the spatula.
Assembling: 02:29
-On a tray,place butter paper,plain sponge cake and cut into 2 pieces.
-On one piece,add & spread prepared coffee milk,caramel sauce and prepared cream & cheese mixture.
-Sprinkle cocoa powder & place another piece of sponge cake over it.
-Add & spread prepared coffee milk,caramel sauce and prepared cream & cheese mixture.
-Cover the sides of the cake with prepared cream & cheese mixture and sprinkle cocoa powder.
-Freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
-Cut into pieces and serve!

-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) aur whisk kertay rahein.
-Bowl mein mesh strainer aur malmal ka kapra rakh dein aur dhak ker strain ker karein & thanda ker lein.
-Overnight kliya refrigerator strain ker lein phir cheese ko container mein transfer ker lein.
-4-5 days kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han (airtight container).
-600 ml cream sa 400g mascarpone cheese tayyar hoti hai.
Prepare Tiramisu Cake: 01:14
-Chotay jag mein doodh aur instant coffee dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein mascarpone cheese dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan beat karein.
-Condensed milk dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Vanilla essence dal ker dubara beat karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein whipping cream dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Ab cheese mixture dal dein aur spatula ki madad sa gently fold ker lein.
Assembling: 02:29
-Tray per butter paper laga lein aur plain sponge cake ko 2 pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Ek piece per tayyar coffee mixture,caramel sauce aur tayyar cream & cheese mixture dal dein.
-Cocoa powder sprinkle karein aur dosra sponge cake piece us ka upper rakh dein.
-Tayyar coffee mixture,caramel sauce aur tayyar cream & cheese mixture dal dein.
-Cake ki sides ko tayyar cream & cheese mixture sa cover ker ka cocoa powder sprinkle ker lein.
-3-4 hours or set ho janay tak freeze ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
